Brussels, Belgium, August 29, 2024 – Aliaxis SA, a world leader enabling access to water and energy through innovative fluid management solutions, today announced that it has closed the deal to acquire the manufacturing assets of Johnson Controls’ CPVC pipe and fittings business for residential and light commercial sprinkler systems.
With this strategic acquisition, Aliaxis will be able to offer a more comprehensive portfolio in fire suppression systems for residential and light commercial applications in North America under its IPEX subsidiary.
