Today, we are pleased to release IPEX’s inaugural Impact Report that focuses on our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) achievements. This new report provides highlights and insight into IPEX’s 2023 initiatives around people, community and the environment.
Our dedication to environmental stewardship, social responsibility and strong governance practices have always been deeply rooted in our values. Now, for the first time, this report brings together a range of ESG achievements into a cohesive report and provides a comprehensive overview of our 2023 ESG actions and progress.

Key highlights from the FY2023 Impact Report include:
- Women account for 25% of our senior leader roles.
- In our 2023 global employee engagement survey, 88% of employees would recommend IPEX as a good place to work.
- We officially launched our new community investment and social impact program, iCare, dedicated to making a positive influence on the communities in which we work and live.
- Since 2022, our Reportable Injury Rate (RIR) has decreased by ~60 per cent
- All IPEX Quebec facilities are 100% powered by renewable electricity, certified through Hydro Quebec’s Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) program.
